The 37th edition of Aahar – the International Fair Food and Hospitality is an event organized by the India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) and supported by the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India, Agriculture and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA) and APEX Industry bodies from March 14-18, 2023 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

The event is being organized in newly built Halls of the International Exhibition-cum-Convention Centre (IECC), i.e. Hall 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 & 14 and Hall No. 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 & 12A at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

The show has grown by leaps and bounds in recent years and has become the ultimate destination for global vendors and Sourcing professionals. Apart from opening new business opportunities, the fair offers technology innovation, skill development and collaborations. In order to promote new entrepreneurs, a discount of 50% towards participation charges is being offered to start-ups.

Grab the opportunity to meet the global vendors of the hotel industry, restaurants, catering industry/institutions and importers, buyers/distributors in the food, hospitality and equipment sectors.

This year, the exhibition is being organized in an area of 90,000 sq.mtr. compared to 73,000 last year, which has resulted in increased participation from 1200 to 1500 participants, including participation from overseas companies from 18 countries viz. Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Peru, Russia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, Turkiye, UAE, UK and USA. Particular emphasis has been placed on promoting the millets, as 2023 is declared the “International Year of Millets”.

One of the emerging sectors, “Plant-Based Foods”, is also represented in the AAHAR, which will be an added attraction to the visitors.

The fair will open from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm, and entry will be facilitated from Gate 4 (Bhairon Road) & Gate 10 (Supreme Court Metro Station).
